Evening all,
I have a bit of a silly but concerning dilemma. .
Tomorrow I've been invited for tea with some ladies from an exercise class as our class isn't on over Easter. They are all lovely but just discovered they are all really looking forward to puddings!!! Now don't get me wrong I dabble in the dark side now and again but not 2 days before weigh in. I don't really feel I can be honest and say if I eat a pudding and gain I'll be so annoyed with myself. But have found myself wondering if I could claim lactose intolerance or given them up for lent? I'm probably been daft, it wouldn't be the first time
