Work mates grumble

Does anyone else take any nice Slimming world friendly food to work and then thief work mates all want to try it? Or am I too nice letting them try my food?
Yesterday I took the last of my chickpea loaf and they ate it all!! I didn't get any. I ended up making more today because some or the others wanted to try it.

Tell them "hands off"!!! How dare they eat your lunch?!!

That's so mean, I sometimes let my teaching assistant try my SW friendly lunch but that's because she is on SW too.
What did you eat?

I took chickpea curry loaf, and a stir fry. I ate the stir fry but they ate the curry loaf. I have printed off the recipe today and they can make it all them selves! The joy of working in an office. One of my colleagues who is also on slimming world she is going to bring food in for me tomorrow.

Tell me about it! I work in an office so I have loads of little snacksize choccies that are low cal or I'll have sugarfree jelly. And when I open the bag they are all like we'll have them. If they were that bothered they should just buy their own. Sometimes they are so unmotivating too. I will take in healthy meals and they are all like urgh. Whats that? Or laugh because I have lots of diff choc in my drawer (so I can pick and choose and only have a little) and they all laugh when I say I'm on a diet. Not nice! xxx

That's so horrible! My colleagues are quite supportive of my eating habbits and they even say they are jealous of my lunches and wish they could be bothered to make such nice lunches. Or maybe they are hinting that they want some! Well tough! My lunch is my lunch!

Urgh they are mean. Is there not somewhere you can hide your lunch till you are ready to eat it? Or label your lunch box with your name in big lettering? Or have a good natured grumble about how hungry you are since all YOUR lunch was eaten by somebody else - hint, hint. In my office we all bring our own lunch which is stored in a communal fridge. No one would dare to even peek inside the lunch box of a colleague. When colleagues do bring something to share they say loudly at tea or lunch time - please try this, please help yourself, otherwise we wouldn't dare. Or if someone expresses an interest in my specially prepared SW lunch I am willing to let them try a sample but they would still know not to scoff the lot. They are very rude.

That's awful! If anyone expresses interest in your food then tell them what's in it and offer to email them the recipe so they can try for themselves.

They would have to get into my work locker to snaffle my lunch! !

Some people think that forks are for eating food, but they are entirely wrong. The real function of a fork is to stab the hands that try to steal our food! :)

I would make up some disgusting concoction, let them eat that, bet they wouldn't be in so much of a hurry to take your food then!

i couldn't give up my lunch for anything! haha
i fidn its the opposite, they comment on my healthier choices sayign it smells/looks horrible etc

Hahaha, I was thinking of the other Friends episode where Phoebe writes the mean note for Ross so others don't eat his sandwich.

I'd be writing that note for sure if my coworkers took my food.

Definitely being too nice OP. Send them the recipe next time. :)
