Had a emotional week been good and on plan even with the stuff going on but today I gave up I just consumed 40 syns a bag of m&ms and a bag of crisps :( it's my weigh in tommoro will this affect the rest of the week? First time sabotaging myself :(

The key is not to beat yourself up, you've succeeded in that you've recognised what you've done and stopped there...I know when I was at my worst I could have done much worse than that in one sitting.
It may affect your WI, but it doesn't have to affect you long term. Get straight back on the wagon now, and you will make sure that by next WI you are back on track, and you might Be lucky and get a STS or a loss tomorrow. Plan your food for the rest of today and tomorrow , lots of super speed and not too much stodge. Also drink loads of water and get up and about, go for a walk or something, not necessarily to burn off what you've eaten, but to get you motivated and take your mind off food.
Keep smiling, you're here for the marathon, not for the sprint :)

Thank you I say and worked out my syns for the week and with that damage I've only gone over my weekly allowance by 4.5 syns so I'm hoping it's not too bad feel better now I've looked at it differently sometimes my emotions want chocolate x

At the end of the day it might effect your weigh in, but you can be prepared for that and know it might happen. And in the grand scheme of things what difference does one weigh in make? There's 52 weigh ins a year, one is a drop in the ocean!

Put what's gone on behind you. You have control of the situation and can stop it spiraling any further. You will be fine!

well done, im worried about weigh in tomorrow as i had pizza on sunday as a treat, but then had my nans funeral today and my dad wanted us to have fish and chips for lunch together so i've gone over for the first time, im hoping as i've stuck to plan the rest of the time apart from those 2 meals that the damage won't be too bad x

Well done on the weightloss. The key is not to beat yourself up over it, most of us have blips, accept it happened and get straight back on plan. Good luck!

Yeah, my consultant put it into perspective when she said i'd had 2 'bad' meals and 19 good ones so not to worry about it too much as life happens xx

That's a really good way to look at it and keep it in perspective. I always think the danger is thinking "I've blown it so now I may as well just keep blowing it!" I know I have done that in the past. But this time I am just trying to think of damage limitation if I've gone off track for a day or part day.
