Kale

If you google kale chips there are dozens of recipes on the net. Most of them are roughly the same - wash and dry your kale, cut into "crisps", sprinkle with olive oil and salt, bake for about ten minutes. They wouldn't be free because of the oil, but most recipes seem to suggest about a tbsp for a bunch of kale, so it would be six syns for the lot.

edited to add: I suppose you could try Frylight, but I'm betting that would not work nearly as well.
