First week and period!!!

On my 2nd day of first week and I have came on my period which would norm mean will most prob not lose when weigh sat morn:(
This has put downer on me now thinking I gonna do dead well all week and not lose

I had a month long period after my first week of SW and it didn't effect my losses much.
Even if you're bloating your loss will show on the scales next week when your body is back to normal. :)

Just make sure you have snacks that are SW friendly so you don't feel like picking on things you know you won't be able to stop on. :eek: (Mine's chocolate)
 
I agree with MelonCollie, even if your first week's WI is affected, by the second week your body will have returned to normal and any hormonal bloating and water retention will be gone and this will show when you get weighed. Good luck for your WI :D
 
Must be hard when you want a good first week loss to reassure you, but essentially if you bloat up next week, the second week's loss will be even bigger. Just keep thinking about it as having to wait a fortnight to see your first 'real' result and then you won't cave in and feel bad if Saturday isn't as good as you hoped. It really can make a big difference - for me sometimes 3-4lb.
 
Drink lots of water, It will help with bloating and water retention.. Apart from that, as the girls said slimming world friendly snacks and even if itdoesn't show this week, you will have a great lose the following week.. Best of luck with your journey xx
