You don't seem to have had any superfree with your evening meal. You could have had loads of vegetables and maybe wouldn't have felt hungry afterwards.

Yes top up your plate at lunch and dinner with lots of veggies roasted with frylight or fried onions mushroom tomatoes and peppers i bulk all my main meals out and rarely need to snack other than my heb bars...good luck

i am missing my power plate ...i dont like exercise but my 15 mins session is all i do and with my fractured foot i can feel myself going flabby. By the day

But you just said you were starving?

Hi there.

I think your hunger and energy loss might be a matter of balance/variety - combined with the switch to a new diet, and your period.

What did you have for breakfast? I find that just having fruit (or fruit and yogurt) til lunch is never enough for me.
What did you have in your chicken salad? Was it literally just chicken and leaves? I would def be hungry after that, as it means no carbs at all (except for the sugar in the fruit) til your sandwich in the evening.
Did you have your hexA (milk/cheese)?

Fruit and veg (superfree) do help to keep you full, but they won't do it on their own. Other filling foods include fibre (eg beans, berries and your hexB, or wholemeal pasta/rice etc), dairy products (like fatfree yogurt and your hexA), and proteins (like your chicken). You also need to make sure you're drinking plenty of water.

In terms of energy, you might find having a bigger breakfast and increasing your carbs earlier in the day helps. Slow-release carbs are best, like potatoes with their skin, beans, wholegrains. The banana would be good for energy but again it won't do it on its own.

I also notice that you had a lot of chicken. Maybe having the same food over and over again means you're getting subconsciously bored? Or maybe your body is telling you you need some other nutrients as well?

Of course it could be that your body is just adjusting to the new system and things will settle down. But if it continues do make changes because you really shouldn't be hungry on SW!

Feel free to post a detailed food diary for other days as well and I'm sure people will have a look.
