starting today 11 weeks to holiday

right i need to get my act together as i want to look good on holiday in 11 weeks time,aiming to lose at least 2 stones.going to do it from home and post diary on here as i feel all the information i need is on here love reading through threads .need to go and get some food in now wish me luck x

I'm from Yorkshire too! You can do it. Instead of one big goal of 2st, have you thought about setting some mini targets? For me, it felt like less of a mountain to climb!

Im nearly from yorkshire...a mile away in north derbyshire...good luck ..i have lost over a stone and a half in 8 weeks so just keep going
