Extra Easy What have you noticed?

I was thinking tonight after going to the Doctors about some of the changes have been for me since losing weight. I realised i actually volunteered to get on the scales! Lol. Infact I think I jumped on before they had chance to ask! Previously I would prepare myself for a lecture from the Nurse or Doctor and sheepishly try and avoid the scales, lol.

I don't have to spend ages trying on trousers before finding one I can squeeze into....I have only lost 3 kilos but already feel the difference

I fit in the bath better! My new bath (thanks to Landlord....) is one of those three quarter length hotel style ones. Since the bathroom was refitted, I hadn't had a bath in well over a year ( I *do* have a good shower, before you think I'm a mucky pup!) but I had one last week and whilst it isn't exactly great, not being able to stretch out, I could have a decent soak.

Also - my bath towels now go right round me, there's no awkward gap in the front. Little things :)

I notice the bath towels! Also, I walk faster (well, probably like "normal" people!).

I can now bend down without my tummy getting in the way, also if I drop something I can pick it up without it hurting :)

This was so me last time I lost weight before i fell pregnant. Trying desperately to get back there now that i'm not pregnant x

i want to do exercise, i've found myself when having some spare time enjoying a run or do one of the jillian michaels work outs

I haven't had heartburn once since I started, used to get it all the time. Still early days for me but can't wait to notice more...

I can shave my legs in the shower without having to contort myself into hilarious yet undignified positions! x

For me there have been a few differences: exercise is easier, I don't sweat quite as much!, my joints don't hurt, my skin is clearer, I feel healthier and I can walk in to a shop and buy something off the rack knowing it will fit. I started my journey at around a size 16 - I used to kid myself that I was still a size 12 but I definitely wasn't (I used to wear a lot of elasticated skirts etc). Now I can walk in to shops and buy size 8-10 items knowing they will fit and that's a wonderful feeling :)

Another bath one. But my arse no longer traps a tsunami of water behind it. So if i have a bath with one of the kids, they do not almost get washed down the plughole when i stand up!

I can wear clothes closer to my age, I had been buying elastic jeans etc convincing myself that it was the low cut that was the problem. Now I am nearly 2 stone down and still inbetween a 16 and 18 (I never seem to be one size!) but not such an odd shape.

I don't miss getting repeatative strain injury from having to look at the back of the clothes racks in shops to see if they did it in my (then) size, only to find they don't stock size 24 (now a 14) :)

I have noticed that I'm not out of breath as much walking up stairs and I don't sweat as much. Wish I could say about the whole clothes thing but I've lost 22lbs and still a size 14-16 but I'll get down to that 12 soon I know it :)
