Slimming World Online

Hi Ladies (I've browsed through here for 30 mins and not seen a post from a single bloke ! (I'm a guy btw))

I joined Slimming World online for 3 months 3 weeks ago (I've lost 4lbs) .

I'm struggling to see how I haven't thrown £60 down the toilet. What do you get apart from recipes you could get from any SW book and a graph that shows you how you are doing ?

Am I missing something ?

The diet is great but I don't see the point of the website. There isn't even a forum !

Anybody else an online member who can help ?

i dont use the online service but lovely people on here use it to look up syn values in foods etc

Hi, there are loads of people on here who signed up to the online service. You get all the things you mentioned, plus you get access to the syn values, healthy extra's, free foods list.
The way I see it is, it's £4.95 to attend a class a week (I think?) 52 weeks in a year, so there's around £260 a year. I think £60 is pretty good value for what you get. As for a forum, you have minimins.
