Hi all
Newbie here. Am doing sw at home, started on tues just gone but sat will be my weigh day with my husband being my scales reader lol. Have done sw briefly before and it good but unfortunately didnt stick to it for too long. So im back. Have 2 family weddings next year and would love to be 4stone lighter. Good luck to everyone.
