Had my wisdom teeth out

Hello.

Joined SW two weeks ago, fab 3.5 loss in my first week. Went on holiday and gained 1.5 in my second. I've now had 3 wisdom teeth out and I'm living on ice cream and mashed potato . Can't be good for weight loss but I'm terrified of any food getting stuck in the wounds. I'm tempted not to go to group this week, I'm swollen and expecting a gain but at the same time I don't want to pay for a week I'm not there.

Feeling deflated, think SW is fab but finding it hard to stick to whilst I feel so rubbish!

I recently had a week where I didn't go as I had an infected cyst - I booked it as a holiday week with my consultant, I did stick to plan but when I was younger I had several teeth out for my braces and if I had been on SW then, there's no way I would have stuck to plan with all the icecream I was consuming. If I were you I'd concentrate on getting yourself better with the foods you find comfortable at the moment, book this week as a holiday week and get back on to it when you're in a better state :)
