Hi, I have had a look around and cant find the syn value in
[h=1]Sainsbury's Cooked Carvery Ham Slices. Could you please let me know before I start thinking it is free.[/h]Thank you

Surely if you cut the fat off it's free?

Yeah so long as all visible fat is removed it should be 100% free. Just keep an eye out for hidden nasties on the ingredients such as added sugar etc.
