breakfast...1 Weetabix banana natural yogurt....bacon egg tomatoe baked beans mushroom veg sausage{2syns} 1 slice wholemeal bread lunch.....spag boll small mixed salad..1 grapefruit. snack....muller fatfree yogurt dinner.......pork chop.potatoes. peas. sweetcorn. carrots and sprouts gravy... can anyone tell me if this is too much food please :confused:
 
Well, today I had my hex b cereal, with 3 fresh figs and 1/4 of a honeydew melon and fat free natural yoghurt for breakfast. Lunch was an omelette made with 3 eggs, spinach, asparagus, mushrooms and prawns, and baked beans. Dinner was cottage pie, made with 5% fat mince, onions, carrots, mushrooms, tomatoes, passatta, oxo cubes, potatoes and 50ml of skimmed milk (4 servings), with 60g cheddar cheese on top, served with kale, and I've just had a cadburys fudge. This is fairly typical of what I've been eating recently and I've lost 12lb in two weeks, so I reckon you're ok ;)
 
I think it looks fine, eat until you feel satisfied. It's hard to believe that we can eat unlimited amounts of foods and still lose weight but it works! Keep going :) xx
 
I hope you had more then 2 syns for the day as you need at least 10 daily.

Many many people have said on here they get better weight loss with the correct amount of syns which is 10-15 .

They are there to be used and enjoyed
