I don't think that any of them are low in syns but I have found these and I suppose if they make 2 portions they don't work out too bad! I make my own version of "curry in a hurry" and there's no syns in it! Hope this helps!

Do you know what the Lloyd grossman Balti jar is?

For sauces you can use the 1 syn per 20 calories guideline as there is no free food allowance

thanks i looked on here and found pataks tikka masarla sauce 1 syn per level tbls so gonna get that x

thats roughly 15mls, so the time you divide a 300g jar into that its 20 syns. Not accounting for rounding etc.

The jars aren't that bad when you take into account that they serve 4, so 7.5 syns for a curry isn't unreasonable for a 30 syn jar of sauce.

The Curry heaven cookbook has some good recipes, why not try making your own sauce?

Yes but you only use a tbsp per person of the paste not the full jar so the syns are really low
