Loyd Grossman Thair red curry

Hi All

Can anyone please tell me how many syns in loyd grossman thai red curry jar please. It is bubbling away in the slow cooker and smells gorgeous!! I am praying it's not a lot.....but I think it just may be.

I have just checked online as jar in bin full of dirt nappies and I don't fancy digging around in there after I have eatemn a nice dinner!!

It shows online as 34 calories in 28grams. The jar was shared between 3 people and I have not used any sysns today so I am hoping that they won't be over??

If you can find out for me if possible or do I base everything on 1 syn per 20 calories reagrdless of the fat??

490 calories per 350g jar apparently so that would be 24.5 syns. Looking at the ingredients the second ingredient is coconut which is high in syns I'm afraid
