Hi everyone

Could someone tell me if the Aldi low fat cottage cheese with onion & chives (by the cheese emporium, 300g) is syn free? I know the Be light version was but not sure about this one.

i cant seem to find the onion and chive one for cheese emporium but others are not free sorry
