Hello!
.. no, Im not having these together!!
Im using my healthy extra a (on ee) on milk, but i get through an awful lot of it!! Just wondered how many syns I should jot down for say, another pint, or half pint? I use semi skimmed..
Also, I bought this over the weekend (started SW this morning!!) and wondered if anyone had tried it and could work it out for me, Id be very grateful!
