Garlic Soy Sauce.

Hi,
I'm going for a meal tonight and the least offensive thing on the menu looks like fish and rice, but the fish is cooked in garlic soy sauce.

I was just wondering if it had the same syn value as normal soy sauce (ie free) or if it had a higher syn value.

If anyone could help, that'd be great!

I don't know for definite, but I'd assume it was free. Surely it is just soy sauce with a bit of garlic added to it? Hopefully someone can give you a more definitive answer.

Yeah, I was kinda hoping the same thing. I might just count it as a few syns, just to be on the safe side.
