Morrisons Flavoured Meat?

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone knows the syns for Morrison's flavoured meat? I know that turkey, pork, chicken etc is free but what about when its seasoned with mint, Chinese style, bbq etc......

You need to find out what is in the flavourings. If it is just herbs and spices then it will be free. If there is oil, for instance, then there will be syns. But there is no way of knowing without checking the ingredients - are they on the Morrison's website, or on the labels?
