Quorn escalope syns

Could someone please check the syns in the quorn cheese and broccoli escalopes, they used to be 7 syns but it's a long time since I've had them and I'm unsure whether they've changed or not.

Just checked syns online and they're 7.5 syns each

Thanks so much, have eaten it anyway but an extra .5 is not bad they are rather yummy !!

thanks for this! they are my absolute favourite and i thought the syn values would be way too high but they're not! woohoo!
