Asda basics frozen berries

Hiya! Does anyone know if these still count as super speeds if they contain redcurrants, blackberries etc? TIA XX

So long as they just contain fruit and no added sugar check the pack they are free and still speed foods

I love frozen fruit now, especially grapes...they are so handy for snacking in the evening, keeps me away from crisps
