I made a chocolate cake for my partner and daughter. I had the willpower yesterday, but its telling me to have a slice. The thing is I don't know how to count the sins :/ Can anyone help please?

Look at recipie syn everything in it, total it up, then work out what portion I.e how many slices you will get out off it and divide the total by that
