Could someone please tell the syn value of spinach and ricotta canneloni from tesco?

Tesco Italian Classics Spinach & Ricotta Cannelloni, chilled, 450g pack

If so, it's 20 Syns on Extra Easy and Green, 25 Syns on Red.

It will be fresh pasta thats used - added to the Syns in the ricotta and any oil used, that's what drives it up so high.

Hello, does anyone know the syn value of both Walkers Sunbite crisps and the Malteaser Bunny? Last did sw in 2005 so trying to do plan at home using old books and can't really afford to rejoin although you have the benefit of the instant syn calculator in the tools, but hopefully someone may know. It will be the standard 20 kcal = 1 syn rule as there will be no free food allowance in that.

I like the mini malteaser bunnies as only 3.5 syns each
