Help with syn-ning a recipe

Hey miniminers - going to make this pancake recipe for tonight -

I won't be using the orange juice or zest in the pancakes, and won't be having the sauce - any other topping I can syn up myself, but any idea how many I can take off per pancake without the oranges?
