Mug Shots from places like The Pound Shop, B&M etc

Today I bought from the pound shop the roast chicken and sweet and sour noodle mug shots that I know are free usually. I was researching syns online and came across some information that says the same mug shots from pound shops/cheaper shops can have syns in them due to different ingredients.

Anyone know anything about this and the syn values if applicable?

Thanks

The mugshots sold in bargain stores are a slightly different recipe which was developed especially so these shops can sell them at a lower price. They have differently flavour names as well to differentiate them from the original range eg tomato instead of tomato & herb, sweet and sour instead of spicy sweet and sour. You will hear lots of stories that they are all synned but its not the case, most are still free. The only one that differs is tomato and its 1 syn. All the flavours are listed online so its easy enough to check x
