hi im quite new too if you have a smart phone you can download the slimming world app which has a little bit where you type in what you have and it will tell you syn values they do vary though so on there is says tesco chunky fruit salad canned 2.5 syns per 100g asda chosen by you fruit salad in juice 3 syns per 100g depends what brand you have. good luck

It would depend on the fruit, some tinned fruit is hexb.

Okie dokies well you can have 225grms tinned pineapple as a hexb or 2.5syns for 100grms
