Hi
I am starting back on Sliming world and wondered if people know if any of COOKs low ready meals are free on SW? We have a COOK shop just round the corner and I love all their meals especially the Pad Thai and Japense Salmon. I am hoping as they make it from fresh and dont use a lot of additives it is good for me
