Syn free snacks/small lunch for the office

Hiya everyone,

Can you throw some suggestions my way for syn free snacks or small lunches that I can keep my drawer at work?

Which ones of those mug shot things in sachets/little pots are free?

Basically anything that can be eaten as it is, or that you add water to (not milk) or microwave

I have roast chicken mugshots. It's pasta not noodles so more filling to me, as for snacks my weakness is crab sticks, but they're free so it's all good!

Most of the mug shots are free bar the cheaper ones, the ones you can get 3 for £1, they aren't filling enough to be free so they are 1 syn each.

If your having mugshots don't forget to add super free. Personally I'd not have a mugshot as a snack.

There is a lunch thread on here somewhere you may get some ideas there

I meant a mugshot as lunch, I usually have one, a banana or apple and a muller light for lunch.
