Ahhh, how many syns is this?

Hi everyone just joined slimming world yesterday and I was just wondering how many syns are in 'Waitrose Love Life... Tomato and Basil Soup in a cup' they are only 55 calories so surely can't be very many? But just in case!

Anything that isn't a free food (which shop bought soup isn't) can be counted as 20cals = 1 SYN
So I would count that as 3 SYNS

You cannot count food as free in shop bought soup...only homemade.

Actually, the syns online says its 2.5 SYNS...I have just checked.
