Can anybody tell me the Syn values for packet ham (cooked ham, smoked ham, etc) that you use for sandwiches? I ususally buy the Lidl Dulano ham, can't seem to find anywhere though? I'm following EE x

If it is lean ham, with all visible fat removed, it should be free.

However, some aren't - some of the cheaper products (but price isn't always an indication) have fillers which might mean that they have syns.

What you need to do is look at the ingredients list and see what it says. I must say that I have usually found Lidl cold meats to be very good quality.

Hi Anna, yeah I can't eat ham with fat as I hate the grisly taste, the Lidl Dulano is just plain, cooked sliced ham, very lean, this is it on my pic (if the upload works?!)
