conflicting advice

Hi folks, hope you are all well. Just a quickie, hope you don't mind, and I really hope someone can give me a straight yes or no. I bought some banister microwave jacket potatoes after being told that they were free. However checked them out and found out they were 5 syns. Checked on here somewhere and read they were free, then that they weren't. Asked a few sw friends and some said they were and some said they weren't. Please can you guys please clear this up for me, and give me a straight answer. Thanks in advance. Also while I am on, could anyone give me a list of Iceland ready meals/convenience foods that are free are low syns that I could look out for next time I am in there. Once again thanks x

Baked potatoes are free on EE and on Green but if they have fat or butter added then they have to be syned.

SW do not allow list of food free/syned etc., on the forum.

According to syns online, the banister frozen jackets are 1.5 each unless they're the little uns and they're 0.5. Hope this helps.
