Can anyone help with syns for the above please? I've started shopping at lidl as my bills were far too expensive elsewhere. Only problem I can't find syns for anything. I've gone by hoping it is just the same syns at the branded version.
hi, light salad creams tend to be about 1 to 1.5 per 15g, but you can work it out by using the 20 cals per syn rule to be certain. i love lidl too, and aldi.
