what are the things that you count on when doing SW? The things that keep your resolve strong, and keep the munchies at bay?
mine are
Aldi 1 syn spearmint sweets
0% greek yogurt
Grapes, specially from the fridge
Liquorice tea
crunchy apples
Tesco free vinaigrette, 3 citrus, brings any salad to life
notsofatpatty....my minimims buddy
sugar free strong ginger beer, after the assault on my taste buds, I don't want to eat for a while

I would be interested in other peoples life saving ideas, please
