Hi I have some cubed lamb in my freezer to use up. Its sainsburys but dosent specify whether its leg or shoulder. If I cut any visible fat off would it be free food? Its quite lean but there is a bit of fat on somepieces which would be easy to trim. Thank you x

It doesn't matter whether it is leg or shoulder or any other cut. If you cut off all the visible fat, then lamb is free on EE and red days
