I've made syn free scotch eggs a couple of times now - they are really satisfying and easy for grab and go lunches.
- 5% or less mince of any type, I have found beef has turned out the best so far but have had succes with pork, turkey and mince. Quantity differs really but I find...
I make this about three times a week and eat half for breakfast. :-) It's just one B and no syns for the entire thing. AAAAAND it includes 1/3 superfree right there in the cake. If this isn't the ultimate SW recipe, I'll eat a scan bran straight from the packet. :)

Mushroom & Lentil loaf
125g dried green lentils
250g mushrooms sliced
1 onion chopped
2 cloves of garlic crushed
1 egg beaten
I made this a while ago and i was just checking up all the syn value of it and its not to bad for the whole cake its only 51 syns and it can be divided into as many parts as you want :D
35grams of plain chocolate i used bournville

I love pickles esp branston and picalili :) however I have 2 issues that they are synned and also that I live overseas and I have to pay thru the nose to get them....so I decided to make my own onion chutney, here is my recipe:
1kg onions (ı used red onions)
200ml of balsamic...
I had the Mushy pea curry tonight for dinner and I have to say it was quite scrummy. It is so simple to make and taste quite authentic, I will definately have this again.
