Lunch - 4 ryvita crisp breads (b). Low Fat cottage cheese. Strawberries. Low Fat sainsburys yoghurt (1.5).
Dinner - Extra lean steak. Peppercorn sauce (5). Broccoli. New potatoes.
Snacks - Aldi chocolate bar (5.5)
Drinks - Tea with 1% milk (a). Black fresh coffee. Water. Sweetener.
