0 Point Coleslaw

    Slimming World
    0 Point Coleslaw – 4 portions
    1 medium carrot
    1 medium portion white cabbage
    1 red onion
    2 tblsp hellmans extra lite mayo
    1 tsp lemon juice
    Salt & pepper to taste

    Grate the carrot, cabbage & onion
    In a bowl mix the mayo, lemon juice, salt & pepper into a dressing that’s slightly thinner than the mayo.
    Stir dressing through the mixed, grated vegetables

    Technically, there is a points value from the mayo, but as your are making 4 portions, it loses it’s value! So it’s 0 points!
