Hi

I know this has probably been asked before but struggling with superfree,
Not sure if I'm having enough.
Today's example...

Breakfast mushroom omelette
Lunch turkey and cucumber sandwich with apple after
Dinner pasta with courgette mushrooms, onions peppers

I do try to make fruit my first choice for snack.
Should I try and increase it?
Any help greatly appreciated :)
 
What you're doing looks fine. Are you hungry? Did you lose weight?
If you're not hungry and you lost - stay as you are.

Not really hungry and I'm still losing. Only lost a little bit this week but from reading on here it doesn't seem unusual.
