Anyone know the syn value of this. As we know, a HEXB is 3 slices of these, and I wish to add the fourth slice in order to take advantage of the 2 slices of Dairylea Lights for cheese & onion sandwiches.

What would the value of the extra slice be if synned if 3 slices are a HEXB?

Shall I just play safe and count it as 5 rather than under-estimating?

I could use it as 1/3 of a HEXB alongwith 4 Wholegrain Crackerbread as the other 2/3 of the HEXB occasionally;)

Many thanks - wasn't sure if the 20kcal/syn rule was the same for healthy extras.

Cheers!
