back on this and 1st week I've lost 10lbs, hoping to lose 1.5-2 stone in the first month. i am working out 4-5 days a week also so it was a struggle....
 
Well done on your loss so far, halfway through my 1st week back on it after a year of pretty much maintaining a 5 stone loss :)
 
Wow 10lb weight loss is good! Do you think the workout sessions contribute to your weightloss? I'm on my 8th day and started doing 20mins a day on the 5th day. I hope it helps speed up losses :)
