1 year on...

I will do this!

I started LL in Sept 2009 weighing 16 stone 10lbs. 1 year on and today I have just had my first scan confirming our 2nd baby is on the way. I lost 6 stone, have put on 1 stone, but happy to be 5 stone down on last pregnancy and it feels great! Can't wait to have a 'proper' belly this time, rather than people wondering if I am pregnant or just putting on more weight!

This diet changes lives, mine, my son's, my husbands and now this baby will benefit from a fitter mummy!

Happy dieting all xx

That's brilliant Gemma, CONGRATULATIONS!!

And thank you for keeping us updated, gives me hope that I will be able to keep the weight off when I finish RTM :)

So lovely to read your post. I was dithering about doing LL because DH and I are thinking we may go for number 3 sometime and I was convinced I'd just lose the weight only to put it back on again... which is illogical I know. Anyway, decided to go for it dietwise and see whether number 3 is a possibility next year maybe...

Many congratulations to you and a happy and healthy pregnancy!
