10% Hit

    Hi All

    Been a little while since I have been on here, due to stupid shifts at work. However just wanted to share that at 12 weeks on ww I have hit my 10% weight loss of 19.6lbs lost in fact just over.

    Now I am the person who could never loose weight, nothing ever worked and Mrs cynical regarding pointing food.

    I am a convert and thank WW for a wonderful system and am celebrating with a cheeky drink a ww double chocolate chip muffin and and pamper evening in preparation of my second date with the Take That boys tomorrow evening!!

    nice to see the cynical being converted. Well done on your loss, it isn't all down to weightwatchers though, you have to put in the effort yourself to make it work x

    Thanks guys, there have been a couple of gain weeks and this week my exercise in non existent due to work but your right you only get out of it what you put in to it.

    So for the next 6 weeks I am pulling out all the stops to drop a stone, as on the 10th August I fly to Spain and I want to wear a swimsuit in public. Thats my new goal and only hard work is gonna get me there.
