10 stone wannabe - food diary

    Hi All,

    I've dieted on and off for the past 2 years and have lost 2 stone, I despapertly want to get to my goal of 10 stone so i'm going to start writing a food diary in the hope it will help me!! If you see any errors in my food diary please let me know as I really want to be 10 stone for my holidays in June, so here it goes....

    Breakfast: Porridge with SS Milk = (A)(B)
    Dinner: Tuna Salad with Light Mayo = 2.5 syns
    Tea: Chicken with Jacket potato & Veg (B)
    Snacks: 4x Snack a Jacks = 10 syns (oops should have checked 1st)
    Drinks: 2 litres of water & 3x cups of tea

    Exercise: 30 mins on the treadmill (jogging & walking)

    Total = A, B, B & 12.5 Syns

    Snack: Banana and Apple
    Dinner: H/F Cheese on WW bread with Mayo (A) (B) 2.5 Syns
