Hi Hi! So I've done it - 100 days of being 100%!! I still can't believe it, but when you want something to bad, stay focused and motivated, anything is possible I started on 7th January 2014, weighing 318 lbs, I am now 255 lbs. Because of my high BMI, I started on Step 3 and did this for 6 weeks until my BMI was lower. I then moved down to Step 2 and did this for 6 weeks. I am currently now on SS+ and loving it! BUT... for those who are worried about little weight loss on Step 3 and 2 - nawww, it works!! So in 100 days, i've lost 63 lbs or 4 stone 7, it's crazy, I never ever thought it be possible but I've stayed strong and focused and I feel amazing. I'm now halfway through my journey, I have another 4 stone to reach for my target, and i'm now even more motivated and excited to get that weight off! I've tried other 'diets' in the past and always failed, Cambridge WORKS!!
