100 days weight loss

Good afternoon all. My weight has been creeping up about a stone a year and I now weigh approx. 17 stones. By the end of the 100 days I fully expect to be about 3 stones lighter, I intend to achieve this by following a diet that suits myself. Previously I've found low carb style diets provide results, but my bowels don't enjoy them and I end up over-carbing when I reintroduce carbs. So the plan is to eat as follows:


Breakfast: Fruit, as much as I wish

Lunch: Soup without bread

Dinner: Anything that's homemade.

Drink: Water.

Gym: Daily

Snacking: Nope.


Posting on this thread on a daily basis will confirm that I'm still on this eating plan.

Day 3.

Raspberries

Carrot Soup

Roast dinner

Water

didn't manage the gym today so I took my dog out for an hour.

97 days left. See you tomorrow.
 
I definitely agree make sure you are eating enough as it can go against you if your body isn't getting what it needs x good luck x
 
Well done Haddy! I think your plan looks fab, and I think the important thing here is that you really understand the need to eat 'real' food and not processed rubbish. You are doing great!

Anyways.

Day 5.

Grapes

Vegetable soup

Chicken and bacon pasta.

Water + can of diet pepsi.

No gym or exercise.

Stepping up gym programme tomorrow.
