100% on plan for two weeks from 18 June

    This thread is for us ladies to keep each other motivated for the next couple of weeks!

    Think we're all suffering from something in the air making us want to cheat and hopefully this will help :)

    Lets be accountable to each other and check in every day to let one another we've been 100%.

    Hi everyone, tomorrow is my first day. I am looking forward to being 100% ss and will try and 'enjoy' my journey to a new slim and sexy me :) stick at it as I'm sure it will all be worth it

    When youre napping youre not thinking about work which is a bonus lol! What are you at the moment? We can have a count down to keep you motivated! :)

    I'm good. I'm over my tantrum about only losing 2lbs yesterday and i'm all up for another SS 100% week and see what the scales/inches say next week!

    Just had a peak on scales after 2 days of 100% and already lost 3 lbs! Just shows what u put in you get out... the less you put in your mouth the more fat you have get out ;)

    Showing as 180 but I think a lot of that is bloating as when I manage to do a whole day on plan I drop 3-4lbs straight away. Haven't weighed since Sunday mind you and had two dreadful days so may have gone up more!

    2lbs is still fab! Though I do expect you'll see a higher loss next week to even out.

    Think ill be checking in lots today as I've struggled with my numerous day 1s!

    And Jo, you know that with 2 - 3 days on SS you'll have a similar result. Remember how much you lost on your week 1! and its just 14 days out your life to be 100%....14 days to dedicate and make you feel better about your wedding dress! :) Thats massive motivation!
