1000 Good Reasons....

Who loves a list....I do I can write a big long list of reasons why I want to lose weight

1. To feel comfortable
2. For my health
3. So I can wear clothes I love
4. So I can enjoy socialising
5. So I can have my photo taken
6. And so on and so on......

There are so many more and if I look through my phone and computer I can find many lists but here comes the issue I don't ever seem to be able to action what I need to make these things happen.

I'm so fed up with feeling the way I do, I hate the way I look and dread looking in the mirror. I need to make a change. My husband even said to me that I'm not living my life as I let my weight control me. I want to be happy and be free of these feelings. It's time to change.

I'm starting slim and save tomorrow I know VLCD work and succeeded on one for several months about 5 years ago. I know it's only me that can do this and I really do want it; so wish me luck....
