I am thinking about moving up to the 1000 plan and I just would like any advice from anyone that is doing this and any meal ideas would be gratefully appreciated.

Stick to the menu in the book, and keep up with water is my advice - there are people on here doing 1000 and I am sure they will be along with recipes soon.
