1000 Plan Help Please

Gold Member
Well, I've come across a wee bit of a snag on this moving up the plans business.

I can't find my cambridge leaflet, and I'm not seeing my CDC until Monday.

Could somebody give me a list of foods for the 1000 plan please?

I could just about go from memory for everything but the evening meal, and i'll keep hunting, but i'm sure i've seen a link somewhere to it and i can't ruddy find it!!
