1000 plan recipes

Hi guys. i have the 1000 plan ahead of me shortly and was wondering if anybody had any recipes as there are only one or two in the book that i like the look of, and the amount of carbs/veg are slightly different if you are going on it long term. for eg i was hoping to be able to make a quorn bolognaise or something as i despise olives and am not too keen on chick peas but in the ingredients menu tomatoes aren't on it, but they are in the set meals... does that make sense?

maybe you could google for some South Beach receipes? They're low on the GI.
I found some wonderful receipes for courgette 'spaghetti' :)

Not sure about recipies as I was always very boring and had fish with salad and couscous! You are supposed to stick with the foods listed though hun.

that's what i thought... but the ingredients for the long term use are different to the ingredients for the couple of weeks use... and since i'll be doing it long term i wondered if anyone had any other recipes as there are only about five and i don't like most of them...
